Clarity System Solutions operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding IT support services, managed services inquiries, appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-up communications.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Clarity System Solutions by submitting your mobile phone number through our contact form at claritysystemsolutions.com/contact and checking the SMS consent checkbox, or by texting START to our business number. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Clarity System Solutions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the nature of your service inquiry. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Clarity System Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-opt in at any time by replying START.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Clarity System Solutions is not responsible for messages that are not received due to network issues.
